The Flower Guy buys some seeds

We went to our local farm store to buy some tree wrap for our baby fruit trees and sadly they didn’t have any …but they DID have lots of sunflowers 🌻🌻🌻

Caelun is planning on a range of cut flowers and we have a large flower seed order coming, but his specialty is going to be in sunflowers. He read EVERY sunflower seed packet looking for “dwarf/branching/good for cut flowers” variety and found all these varieties. He also decided to get a package of seeds described as “Pumpkin on a Stick”. It is a decorative plant that is in the eggplant family, so the seed package says, and grows small deep orange fruits shaped like tiny pumpkins. Caelun suggested if they grow like the package says they will they would be nice for fall bouquets.

He also has lots of seeds for zinnias, cosmos, and especially for his Auntie Michele – Bells of Ireland.

The Flower Guy is making plans.
